Warranty length is set per product and shown on its product page. It ranges from one week on some low-cost consumables to five years on certain electronics and furniture. Where a manufacturer offers longer cover than we do, the manufacturer's terms apply.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship: components that fail in normal use, seams and joints that separate, electronics that stop functioning without external cause.
It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear, consumable parts with a finite life such as batteries and filters, or damage from use outside the product's intended purpose.
To claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the fault. We repair where practical, replace where repair is not, and refund where neither is possible.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights, which run for six years in England and Wales and five years in Scotland for goods that were not of satisfactory quality when sold.
