Dispatch times vary by product and are shown on each product page — some items ship the same day, others take up to two weeks. An order containing several items ships when the slowest item is ready, unless you ask us to split it.
Standard delivery is free on orders over £75 and £4.95 below that, arriving 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Express delivery is £9.95 and arrives the next business day after dispatch, when ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. Note that express affects delivery speed, not the dispatch time shown on the product page.
We ship to the UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. International orders take 7 to 14 business days. Duties and import taxes outside the UK and EU are the customer's responsibility.
