We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details are never sent to or stored on our servers.
Prices include VAT for UK and EU customers. Orders shipping elsewhere are charged excluding VAT, and local duties may be applied on arrival by your customs authority.
Your card is authorised when you place the order and charged when the order is confirmed. For orders that ship in parts, you are charged once, in full, at confirmation.
We match the advertised price of any authorised retailer stocking the identical item, within 14 days of your purchase. Send us a link and we will refund the difference. We do not match marketplace sellers, auction listings, or clearance stock from unauthorised retailers.
If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.
