You need an account to place an order, so that your order history and delivery details persist between visits.
Orders can be changed or cancelled at any point before dispatch — contact us with your order number. Once dispatched, an order must run its course and be returned under the returns policy.
Your order history is visible under Orders when signed in, and shows every item, quantity, and price paid.
Stock counts shown on product pages are live. An item can still sell out between adding it to your basket and completing checkout, in which case you are not charged for it.
We do not sell, rent or share customer data. Order data is retained for six years to satisfy UK tax record-keeping requirements.
